What's the pattern behind your burnout?
You don't need more mindset hacks. You need to decode the hidden emotional pattern silently running your life.
Why This Matters
High achievers are trained to perform, not heal. That's why even the most successful people secretly struggle with anxiety, burnout, and feeling like they're not enough.
These aren't flaws. They're trauma defaults, invisible identity scripts from childhood that still influence your adult life. You are likely completely unaware of what the patterns are, which is why you may feel stuck and frustrated in several areas of your life.

What does Christy Rutherford know about burnout and trauma default®?
Christy experienced stage 12 burnout in 2012, which forced her to resign from a highly successful career with 3.5 years to retire with a full pension. It took her four years to recover mentally and seven years to recover financially. A significant part of her recovery was acknowledging her overachievement and relentless work ethic was rooted in her fear of failure. Working 80 hours a week out of the fear of failure impacted her mental and physical health, relationships, family dynamics, money and ability to feel satified with the success she had achieved.
Once she put herself back together again, she started to assist other high achievers (who don't know how to, nor want to slow down), even under medical duress.
In the past five years, her work has led to remarkable outcomes. Christy has assisted over 250 leader with recovering from the critical stages of burnout, alleviated stress-related illnesses for 30 leaders (high blood pressure, diabetes, lupus, fibroids, anxiety, depression, etc.) and saved 30 marriages. The byproduct of wholeness resulted in over $20 million in salary raises and small business revenue.
